Philip Kiser is TeleSpace’s Co-Founder & CEO, spearheading the channel sales, business development, technical design and operation of world-class data centers, applications, and a geo-redundant network that securely enables organizations to support a BYOD work environment – regardless of whether they choose a cloud deployment, or a hybrid implementation of both on-premise equipment and cloud services.

With 18+ years in the networking and data communications industry, Kiser began his career as a Cisco network engineer and later developed Managed Services at Getronics, where his teams built data centers and supported integrated workspaces for large enterprises and the public sector in North America.  He later joined Genesis Networks to build their Cisco Gold consulting practice and Managed Services portfolio.  Philip has designed and built Datacenter’s and global Network Operations Centers focussed on collaboration technologies.

He also serves as TeleSpace’s Chief Information Officer, having held cross-functional leadership roles in the Genesis Networks family of companies – from business strategy and planning, sales, professional training, human resources, and customer service, to purchasing and financial analysis.

Kiser holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in information systems, from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.

Danny Rettele is the VP of Operations at TeleSpace, where his team ensures excellence in the customer experience. They conduct a post-sales internal service assurance session that carefully clarifies the customer’s expectations, sets milestones, and kicks off the process of onboarding, project management, ongoing care, and dashboard reporting. His team also keeps a pulse on customers’ diverse and dynamic needs, which enables idea generation for new TeleSpace services and ways to improve the quality of experience.

With 20+ years’ experience in network design, implementation, and customer service, Rettele started his career as a network and server administrator with Commercial Metals Company. He quickly advanced to lead teams that architected and deployed a global network infrastructure with data center relocations across 300 sites in Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America.

Rettele holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Texas State University. He also has Cisco CCNA, ITIL, and PMP certifications.

Laura Forkner Pritchett is Director of Channel Sales for TeleSpace.  In this position, Laura is responsible for sales of enterprise-class voice, video and contact center applications throughout the United States.

During Laura’s career in telecommunications, she has been successful in new business development initiatives, served on numerous sales leadership committees, and has been instrumental in various product development rollouts. One such initiative included a first-to-market hosted IP Centrex offering. Laura has earned numerous honors and awards including Circle of Excellence and President’s Club.

In addition to studying abroad and extensive international travel, Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota; and has completed coursework in the Masters of International Management program at the University of St. Thomas.

Matt Costanza has managed the Solution and Pre-sales Engineering operations since joining the company in 2012, where he has played a key role in developing HCS Cloud Based solutions for Cisco Unified Communications, Contact Center and Telepresence.

In the Solution and Pre-sales Engineering role, Matt Costanza provides all pre-sale engineering support to Telespace sales and Telespace Partners worldwide. Prior to joining Telespace, Matt served as Director of the Unified Communications practice at CompuCom Systems and was responsible for architecting Cisco based Unified Communication solutions.

Prior to CompuCom Systems, Matt Costanza was at Motorola Labs Internet Product Operations for 14 years as the Global Director of Systems Engineering focusing on Voice Over IP technology development and standards. Matt Costanza attended Texas A&M University majoring in Computer Information Science and has completed Cisco Voice certifications as well as ITIL and PMP certifications.

Brett Sugamele manages Telespace’s Unified Collaboration platform including architecture, engineering, and support for Telespace customers.

His team is dedicated to deliver solutions which will optimize communication, increase agility, and reduce costs. Brett has 15+ years of experience in telecom design, implementation, and support in both Cisco and Avaya platforms and holds several Cisco certifications.

He has a degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and enjoys RV camping and spending time with his family in his spare time.

Lee Strickland joined TeleSpace in 2014 as a Data Center Architect. He is responsible for both Systems and Network Engineering, as well as architecture and overall technical design. Prior to his work here at TeleSpace, Lee was the CEO of Backplane Systems, Inc. which he founded in 2008.

Previously residing in Atlanta and New York City, Lee has acquired 15 years or experience designing and implementing solutions ranging from Systems Integration, Network Engineering, Geographical redundancy and Data Warehousing solutions.

Lee attended both Kennesaw State University and Georgia Tech in the Computer Science and Engineering programs. Lee currently resides in Austin, Texas.

Patrick Caswell runs Telespace’s Service desk and lends almost 15 years of experience and talent in bringing IT based training and exposure techniques to non-technical user bases.

Patrick has been with Telespace since 2013 filling roles encompassing everything from user and adjunct application administrational overview, to the far end of service design approach and business process design.

Patrick has contracted for classrooms, small businesses, and enterprises that measure their net worth in the billions.  He has developed methods, tools, and training used for process generation, business analysis, and service operation improvement, along with organic creation of metrics, analytics, and measurements applied to everything from Incident and Problem analysis, to Workforce Management.
