Patrick Caswell runs Telespace’s Service desk and lends almost 15 years of experience and talent in bringing IT based training and exposure techniques to non-technical user bases.

Patrick has been with Telespace since 2013 filling roles encompassing everything from user and adjunct application administrational overview, to the far end of service design approach and business process design.

Patrick has contracted for classrooms, small businesses, and enterprises that measure their net worth in the billions.  He has developed methods, tools, and training used for process generation, business analysis, and service operation improvement, along with organic creation of metrics, analytics, and measurements applied to everything from Incident and Problem analysis, to Workforce Management.
